Shared via H Kwasi Prempeh: Did you know that your MPs do not cast individual name-identified votes on the matters that come up for approval on the floor of Parliament, but simply talk (those that talk) followed by collective Ayes and Nays? Are you satisfied with this way of doing legislative business? How do you hold your MP individually accountable as a legislator when you cannot link their names individually to a particular legislation or resolution approved by Parliament? How do we discourage group think and free-riding and encourage individual responsibility among MPs with this mode of doing business on the floor of the House?
