DID YOU KNOW THAT LICENSES ARE NEEDED TO RAISE FUNDS OR DONATIONS FOR RESCUES WITH CHARITY STATUS? Please be aware of sites that supposedly are raising funds for rescues. The rescues must be licensed charities with licences to fundraise and the fundraising persons must have the permission of these licenced entities to raise monies on their behalf. If the rescue is a licenced charity then the donations are tax deductible, otherwise they are not tax deductible. Rabbit Runaway Orphanage is a registered charity and is registered for fundraising. If you would like to run any fundraising activities to raise funds for the Orphanage, please let us know so that we can give approval.
