DIEPPE, N.B. — There’s nothing better than a visit from Santa Claus, crafts and stories to put us all in the holiday spirit! As Christmas approaches, many feel the desire to tell stories and relive the magic of the holiday season as Christmas approaches. Don’t miss the Dieppe Arts and Culture Centre’s Christmas in Stories event on Sunday, December 15. The festivities begin at 10 a.m. with a visit from Santa Claus followed by stories and crafts until 1:15 p.m. At 10:30 a.m., Cindy Roy will transport you to another world with Féeli Tout raconte Noël... presented in French, followed by a Christmas story presented in English at 11:30 a.m. by Jennifer McGrath Kent called A Christmas Goose. Participants are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for Food Depot Alimentaire. During the Christmas in Stories event, the movie Mission: Noël will be presented at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 13 in French with English subtitles. Admission is $5 per person (children under five years of age are free) with profits going to Food Depot Alimentaire.
