Sky is a ten month old tabby kitten who lost her home due to “personal problems.” Her previous owner died and then the owner’s daughter could no longer care for her. This little angel sounds positively purrfect—playful, affectionate and even gets along with dogs. She likes to follow people around. She received an awesome pawesome average behavior rating shortly after she first came in. But has recently become more nervous and stressed (who can blame her?) and it is now recommended she goes to a home with experienced cat owners. What makes matters even worse, Sky is totally healthy—not even a sniffle or cough yet she is slated to become another sad ACC stat when tomorrow afternoon rolls around. We can’t let this sweetheart die just to make room at the shelter.
