While public schools have all but collapsed with Nigeria recording the highest number of children out of school, Nigeria continues to produce youths that become armed robbers, kidnappers, militants, oil thieves and Boko Haram. Recently the NASS said some Nigerian graduates are not able to write simple letters!!
