DILEMMA Last night, I got a chance to talk to a politician from our Province, a dear friend of my parents. We have talked about my work. I mentioned the CIR. Other centers call it FCR. Its when an agent addresses all the concerns of the customer to prevent him from calling back within 72 hours. She was shocked. She couldnt imagine an employee being measured for something beyond employees control. She said my work is stressful and binuang. I said its the sad verity. She offered me a work in Capitol. I refused. But at the back of my mind I wanted to accept the offer. Getting involved in any kind of political channel is a no no for me. But politics is everywhere though. Maybe I wasnt ready. And what I really want, at the moment, is to teach.
