No irate callers; you dont talk to customers; your job is to repeat what the person on the phone is saying so that the words will appear on the monitor for the person on the other line to read. NO AHT, NO CSAT, NO sales & NO typing speed requirement. Night shift. 1 day process: Initial interview, exam and final interview. REQUIREMENTS: At least 6 months experience in a bpo, English speaking voice account. If no bpo experience, at least 2 years in college and confident in speaking English.
