Responsibilities: Are you a nonprofit finance/operations professional ready to bring expertise and strategic guidance coupled with hands-on implementation of best practices to a new $6 million+ organization? Do you have experience overseeing and maintaining the highest quality standards in the areas of finance, office management, information systems technology, human resources, and facilities/property management? If you possess the attributes of a rare leader whose skills include both the art of relationship building and the science of outcome delivery; is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and wants to join an organization at an exciting time in its existence, this may be your next career move. Qualifications: The position requires a Bachelors degree (Masters degree, MBA or MPA preferred) and 7+ years of senior/executive level management experience in the areas of nonprofit finance and operations. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) and strong computer skills are a required.
