ACURATE DISCERNMENT IS CRITICATICAL IN THE DAY THAT WE LIVE IN. What is discernment? Discernment is the ability to judge well, to accurately perceive and understanding, to see the true nature of things that are not apparent to the casual onlooker. Synonyms for discernment include to PERCEIVE, make out, pick out, detect, RECOGNIZE, notice, observe, see, spot; identify, determine, DISTINGUISH, differentiate, discriminate, JUDGE ACCURATELY, tell apart, single out, DISCOVER… Hallelujah The accuracy of your discernment will determine what you get out of life’s situations. The accuracy of your discernment will determine your position in life. What distinguished the sons of Issachar from the rest of Israel was their DISCERNMENT of the times (1 Chronicles 12:32). Their accurate discernment of the times put them in a position of authority over the people, because their accurate discernment put them many steps ahead of the others. Discernment is key! One of the synonyms for discernment is discovery. In this month of discovery, I pray accurate discernment will adorn your soul: that you will see the true nature of things, people and situations, that like the sons of Issachar your discernment will put you ahead of the game, that you will be able to approve what is excellent and shun that which is not but evil.
