DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE SUMMONS Magerer K J Langat ODM Executive Director Mr. Magerer Langat has been summoned to appear before the partys Disciplinary Committee formed by the National Executive Committee (NEC) Tuesday this week to probe the events that led to his ejection from the party headquarters by a group of MCAs from the Nairobi County Assembly on Thursday 30 October 2014 during the CORD PG meeting that was attended by coalition principals Mr. Raila Odinga & Mr. Kalonzo Musyoka. In a letter dated today (7th Nov. 2014) and signed by the committee chairman Mr. Fred Athuok, Mr. Magerer is expected to appear before the team next week, Monday 10/11/2014 at the party headquarters, Orange House at 10:30am. He is expected to shed light on the incident and complaints regarding management and running of the Party Secretariat and causes of conflict among staff and on any further issues and/or allegations that may arise during the proceedings. The letter states in part please note that these issues are of DISCIPLINARY nature and you must appear in person. Mr. Magerer is however entitled to appear before the committee in the company of his legal representative. Others summoned to appear before the committee are Nominated Senator Ms. Elizabeth Ongoro, the Majority Leader of the Nairobi County Assembly Mr. Elias Otieno and MCAs Mr. Samuel Nyangwara (Viwandani Ward), Mr. Jeffer Kassam (Highridge) & Ms. Hellen Katangie (Nominated). ODMs Director in charge of Membership Ms. Rosemary Kariuki and staff of Orange House have also been summoned to appear before the committee. Other members of the committee are Mr. Farah Maalim Mohammed (former Deputy Speaker) Mombasa County Woman MP Mrs . Mishi Mboko Juma, former Senator Mr .
