DISCIPLINE.. No discipline no disciple;no disciple no leadership. Discipline is doing what is right and beneficial to us that for what reason we wont like to do. Its the ability to control the mind,body and behaviour from natural human lust and decadence. Anyone who wants to become an effective leader must possess discipline. for nothing worthwhile or nothing significant is possible without the grip of discipline It takes one that is discipline to have a goal and work towards it. it takes one that is discipline to stay focus and steady pursuing his or her destiny Great men are borne from the loins of discipline. No wonder Paul the Apostle exclaimed the efficacy of discipline... for the things which i shouldnt do those ones i do,but those ones i ought to do, i do them not Discipline is an essential element for greatness. In the school of discipline there are two things involved; Its either you discipline yourself or youll be discipline by Failure. Which one will you choose,its left for you to make a choice: we are as a result of our choices in life Motivation opens the mind to success but discipline keeps it open Discipline is a must principle to accept and adapt to,if we want to grow and make success
