DISCUSSION QUESTIONS 1. Should managers and other employees be allowed to completely disconnect while on vacation? How about on weekends? 2. Should regular employees get paid if they answer phone calls and E-mails after working hours and on weekends? 3. Do you feel that information technology has added to or reduced stress in your job(s)? And in general, overall (including work), how has technology added to stress in your life and how has it reduced it? 4. Do you find it difficult to not look at your E-mail, Facebook, or Line for a day? 5. Have you ever felt that your E-mail box had too many work-related E-mails that you had to answer? And do you use any particular ways to make sure that you don’t spend too much time on E-mail?
