DISGRACE!!- this is Annette who collapsed and injured herself in the middles of the town, after ringing the emergency services they asked where we where(earl street) they then asked to spell the name of the street, after 12 minutes we rang them again because this helpless woman had started to take a seizure lying on a soaked ground with nothing but a hoodie to hold her head and an umberella to cover half her body, we rang again after another 10 minutes and had the phone taken of us for being angry that an ambulance had not been on sight, at the end it took about 45 minutes for the proper emergency services to attended to this 60 year old woman who had seizured for the second time, when they arrived they tried to arrest my friend who was the one that found this helpless woman on the ground because he was so upset that it took 45 minutes for the right response to get on the scene...if this was water charges they would be here within 5 minutes...this in my opinion is completely unacceptable, to attended to a 60 year old woman who could have easily died in the middle of the town, what do we get, the guardai read us our rights...that shows what type of country we live in!!!
