He is the founder of Ndikum Law Group in England, Ndikum Law Offices in Douala, Cameroon, and Ndikum Publications in London. He was a research and graduate assistant at the University of Minnesota Human Rights Center and has worked in law firms in Cameroon, Paris, England and Minnesota. He is currently a law lecturer at the Cameroon-European Union Cooperation Programme d’Appui au Secteur de la Justice. Serge-Delors Ndikum is a member of the LL.M.
