Both sides deserve to be in the grand final and division 4 after dominating the division all year. Woodville South proved too strong for a determined Glenunga outfit last week running out victors by 33 points. The loss caps off a remarkable season for the rams after just scrapping into the finals to reach a preliminary final is an outstanding effort. Kenilworth easily disposed of a flat cat’s outfit when they met in the second semi final a fortnight ago. Woodville South will have renewed confidence after last week’s win but will be wary of the damage Kenilworth is capable of. Woodville South had success against the Kookaburra’s during the minor round winning closely fought contests and many expect this contest to be close too. Tyler Hosie, Jeb Stubberfield (7 goals), Michael McNeil (5 goals) Nathan Giles and Adam Clifford all returned to form last week and will need to replicate this form again to topple Kenilworth. The Kookaburra’s depth has been their greatest strength all year and a contributing factor to them gaining promotion. Both sides could win this game and it could simply come down to nerves and who wants to the win more.
