DIY white cheese sauce for my spaghetti pepperoni - Proud of myself for being able to mimic Prego sauce by making everything from scratch - Im gonna ditch away Prego since I can make my own sauce already. The taste is 99% alike and in fact, better because it is healthier and fresher. Yesterdays chilled overnight mousse Swiss roll chocolate cake. It tastes fabulous with green apple filing inside. Its soft, moist and rich in chocolate - Everything just blends altogether perfectly. If only I could have wrapped it nicer - then itd be really perfect. I am still not-that-good in making Swiss roll *feeling irritated & defeated* . . . Sometimes, all I need is to maintain my own joy in doing what I like to do. Nothing feels better than to enjoy my own cooking and baking products with a drama -
