DMC Race Promotions in association with Spedeworth Motorsports had a number of drivers in action down at Tipperary Raceway on Saturday night. In a blinding Lightning Rods European Championship, Nigel Jackson and Jordan Rochford finished second and third behind Englands Ben Murray. Rochford almost snatched the win in a superb finish, but had to settle for third in the end, with Gary Beggs in fourth. John Christie was a delighted winner of the Davy Evans Memorial Trophy in the National Hot Rods, whilst Derek McMillan took the honours in the Stock Rods Johnny Hall Cup.
