He told them a story of an General and his infantry. He says the worth and strength of a General lies with the efficiency, effectiveness and intelligence of his foot soldiers. He said to them, well done and charge them to do more as the reward was also unveiled. It will be recalled that Imo Deputy Governors convoy has been rated among the best. He said it is God first and then human effort. The magic is a function of Gods mercies, human efficiency and love of ones work with absolute dignity. Gentlemen, your life lies with your good relations with your people. Do not despise the lowly but exhort them. Encourage them and even empower them. It pays to be humble to all. It is blessed to recognize all as equal and important despite their vocation. Imo people prayed for leaders and not rulers.
