The account was reported as the following by the Chronicle Telegram: The ex-girlfriend said she had parked her van in the driveway of her home in the 200 block of Eagle Circle around midnight Saturday, according to the police report. As she was getting her 2-year-old and 6-year-old children out of the van, the woman said William Lockett choked her from behind.
