DO NOT GO SHOPPING IN BOUCHER ROAD ! On the way back from Hazelbank on Saturday, stopped to get Timmy a bed at B&M around 4pm, parked my car at the nearest parking space around the corner at front of a car parking next to the line of the last box, struggling with Timmys bed back to the car, the young lady and her mother were back at the same time. Before moving the car off , the young lady got off the car and took something off her windscreen which made me noticed mine. A PARKING TICKET ! The prints were scored with black line of ink, the charge if paying on time could not be read if it were 50 or 60 pounds, I telephone the number given (0870 which is FREE for being Virginmedai customer) there were only options to press again and again and no answers at the end. Checking on the website given, it seemed to be a private company called UKPC from Uxbridge NOT our local as seen in various towns. To pay by phone have to call 0845 ( which cost 14+vat for Virginmedia BUT I use 18866.co.uk for landline rate /min) BUT after all to pay by phone, there is a charge of 1.50 pound for using either debit or credit card I WONDER IF IT IS BETTER NOT TO ENTER THAT SHOPPING PLACE AGAIN EVER !
