DO NOT GO TO YIPPITY YAP TO PURCHASE A PUPPY....they sold me a puppy with kennel cough and when I brought it to their vet the dr said it was bc of my cigarette smoke. Im not a dumbass. So I took him to Babylon animal hospital for a second opinion and sure enough he has kennel cough. The visit and meds cost me $104. On top of that the pup couldve died if I believed the vets bullshit. Thought he was nice but DO NOT go to him either. Dr. Jason Heller at Northport Animal Clinic. It was clear that the vet was lying to cover the puppy stores ass. New York State Law (which they give u a copy of) states that if a puppy is sold with an illness that the purchaser has the right to take it to a vet of their choice and that the store is responsible for that bill. Thats what I did. I called YIPPITY YAP and the guy there told me to go to the vet and have them pay it. Yeah okay. Then my husband called and he said that they sold me a sick dog and that we have the right to take it to any vet and they said no our warranty states only our vet...Jeff told them that we didnt get a copy of that and that the law stats otherwise and he said take us to court. Apparently there is a new owner and staff since I worked there..a bunch of lying deceiving scumbags that care nothing about the puppies they sell. Or the people they sell them to. Spread the word...DO NOT GO TO YIPPITY YAP IN HUNTINGTON OR NORTHPORT ANIMAL CLINIC..
