DO NOT TRUST TESCO WITH YOUR MONEY! After last Fridays 8 hour wait to get on there website (mainly due to the fact that they purposely caused havoc buy selling a few TVs at cost knowing that people would fight over them and the videos would be all over the internet and news) I purchased some Christmas gifts to be collected from a local store 18 miles way. Arrived on the Sunday to collect my goods only to be told that my order-P6CQGX7P had been cancelled. So I logged on to my online banking to see that not only had they taken the £298 for the Goods but had also taken £100 for a mobile contract that had been canceled weeks ago and after waiting for 40 minuets on the phone iv been told it should never have been taken. Yesterday after a half hour wait I got through to someone in customer services who assured me that I would get my refund at midnight last night. Well it didnt go in because they never issued the refund that they have told me many times that they had sent. So again today after another half hour listening to the same droning music I was told that they will issue my refund? The refund that I was told was going to be in my bank today and Ill have to wait another 3-5 days. Ive recorded the last part of my phone call to send to Watchdog. Merry Christmas
