DO WEATHER CHANGES EFFECT YOUR ILLNESS. Whether you are cold all - TopicsExpress

DO WEATHER CHANGES EFFECT YOUR ILLNESS. Whether you are cold all the time, hot all the time, or fluctuate between to cold and to hot like i do, you are experiencing the common symptom of temperature sensitivity. Do you find your illness is worse in weather changes. I personally always have problems with this. Cold weather brings on more pain, more stiffness, more aches and pains in the muscles and joints, more headaches, and worsens my fatigue, and of course makes my feeling cold much worse. Hot weather increases my sweats, more headaches, gives me a racing pulse, blood pressure changes, dizziness, weakness, muscle aches / pains, and worsens my fatigue, and of course makes me even more hot. Damp weather often increases my aches / pains and stiffness. Very windy weather always gives me a headache, and increases my aches and pains. And thundery and humid weather always gives me a headache, and a racing pulse, and effects my fatigue. With this illness the body does not like changes so its not surprising it does not like changes in the weather.
