DO YOU DROP IT LOW ??? SHARE if you need help on squat form :) Todays lets focus on squat form ! I see so many people doing the following wrong : tracking knees over the toes , doing the stripper move , not getting low enough. The key with squats again is form : keep chest up like trying to get sun across collarbone , heels down and weight in heels , if you can wiggle your toes or feel like going to tip backwards they all signs are right that doing them correctly !
