DO YOU EVER JUST THINK, “MAYBE I’M WORKING OUT TOO HARD?” For most people, if they don’t feel like they’re about to puke then they didn’t go hard enough. If their legs don’t feel like putty or they don’t have trouble walking up and down stairs then they weren’t lifting enough weight. This is how many people view training especially with the rise of high-intensity cross-training programs popping up all around us.
