I was broke, I was homeless, I couldnt afford a plane ticket, I didnt want to sub out my Saturday classes because that meant I wasnt going to get paid…but I knew that if I surrounded myself with other people who were JUST LIKE ME - if I would open my ears and my heart and LISTEN to what they were doing - I knew I could FIX MY LIFE!
