DO YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU 7-1-2014? Here is what happened on July 1st 2014: Top Income Tax bracket went from 35% to 39.6% Top Income Payroll Tax went from 37.4% to 52.2%ff Capital Gains Tax went from 15 % to 28% Dividend Tax went from 15% to 39.6% Estate Tax went from 0% to 55% These taxes were all passed under the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as ObamaCare. All these taxes were passed with only Democrat votes. Not one Republican voted to do these taxes. Would you please tell me what FEDERAL elections have to do with ANY OF THIS, OR HOW IT WILL CHANGE ANYTHING? The U.S. Government already has over $17,700,000,000,000.00 in public debt. PLUS ANOTHER $119,800,000,000,000.00 in UNFUNDED liabilities. Who the HELL do you think they are going to use the IRS to pay for all of this, plus all of the additional domestic spending programs they are coming up with. ALL OF THIS solely due to contempt for our TENTH Amendment law, designed to protect and secure our wages, our salaries, our personal property, our individual Rights, our STATES RIGHTS, our economy, our small businesses, our jobs and our FREEDOM, from the IRS and FROM THEM. The Republicans are at least, if not more so, AS contemptuous of our Tenth Amendment law. Only our Joint State Sovereignty Resolution with Arrest Provision, leading to incremental STATE nullification of all UNLAWFUL Federal spending, all Federal usurpation, and all unlawful Acts of Congress and the Executive branch since 1913. All of this to be ENFORCED by State and Local Law Enforcement ACTION, where after an UNLAWFUL Federal Act, usurpation, taxation, or spending is nullified, any Federal agent or agency operating or spending money ABOVE OUR Ninth or TENTH Amendment law, shall be ARRESTED, jailed, tried and sentenced. youtu.be/O6ayb02bwp0 - Capt.
