Riders must provide at least two riding referees. The referees are written like this. You must state their email or their telephone number. And ensure you ring anyone you intend on using as a referee and tell them why and for what they will be providing a reference for. And tell them in clear terms you want them to speak glowingly about you. (Obviously they need to be able to do so truthfully). Do not include anyone who will be negative and ensure you call.
