The Manual will be a source of guidance to Club Patrons on the modalities of establishing and nurturing the Club. The Manual provides both the framework for the establishment of the Club as well as essential information to further enrich the process. Also present Hon. Benjamin Langat, Chairperson, Finance, Planning and Trade Departmental Committee TODAY ;The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, in conjunction with UNESCO, will mark the 49th International Literacy Day at Kilgoris, in Trans Mara West District tomorrow, Friday, 6th September, 2013. The Cabinent Secretary, Prof. Jacob Kaimenyi will officiate the function.
