DOCKET FRIDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER 2013 8.00a.m to 11.30 a.m. The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, in collaboration with other stakeholders in the education sector, is launching a Manual for the establishment of Integrity Clubs in institutions of learning. The Manual will be a source of guidance to Club Patrons on the modalities of establishing and nurturing the Club. The Manual provides both the framework for the establishment of the Club as well as essential information to further enrich the process. The launch will take place as follows:Venue:Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development, Desai Road, off Muranga Road. Chief Guest: Professor Jacob Kaimenyi – Education Cabinet Secretary, The EACC Chairman, Vice Chairperson and Commissioner as well as stakeholders from watchdog and educational institutions and the media. 9:45am. The Chief Justice, Dr Willy Mutunga, will hand over the Presidential Petition materials to the deans of Schools of law. Benjamin Langat, Chairperson, Finance, Planning and Trade Departmental Committee TODAY ;The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, in conjunction with UNESCO, will mark the 49th International Literacy Day at Kilgoris, in Trans Mara West District tomorrow, Friday, 6th September, 2013. The Cabinent Secretary, Prof. Jacob Kaimenyi will officiate the function.
