Approaching MacDougal Street, Greenwich Village, New York City. The story takes place during a 24 hour period. The context for the moving imagery is the place and time. We see, and also create images in our minds. The whole story presented to us, as it is our own. What is / was: Where am I? Where are we at any given moment, based on what we see, think or imagine? The whole picture is made up of all of its parts, as they are seen and processed in the mind. What we see is what is there, but also that which we want to see is our interpretation of it. We are not told what to imagine, so the image belongs to us, and we own it. Is this too much responsibility? What do we want to know about what we see? What do we want to forget? Do we have freedom of choice, or is it freedom from choice? What do we really want? What does all of this mean? Is our existence only about being in the first person, or is it about being in the collective? How does one interpret the imagination? Who creates the story? You do.
