DOD Identifies Marine Casualty I have received confirmation that the Patriot Guard has been invited by the Spitzer family to be present for the recovery and services of their son, Sgt. Spitzer. Details are still being worked out, but at this time I am being told that Sgt. Spitzer will fly home to Texas on Friday (July 4), arriving at the New Braunfels Airport. Funeral and interment services will be held on Monday (July 7). Please remember, these dates may be subject to change, but this is the most current information from the CACO. Once I have dates 100% confirmed and times for these dates I will post out mission information.
