DOES GOD BRING “STRESS”? DOES GOD BRING “TROUBLE” in our lives? According to the Word of God… “YES, HE DOES.” We are the first ones to proclaim just how good our God is. He is wonderful, loving, kind, full of grace and mercy… altogether LOVELY. Words cannot proclaim just how good He is. There is nothing that we cannot discuss with Him… nothing that He does not understand. But this same God… is determined that each of us … WILL KNOW the TRUTH.. and become what we are called forth to be. He loves us enough to put us RIGHT in the MIDST of all HELL breaking loose… it that is what it takes… for us to learn and grow in Him. LEARN this… NONE of us will ESCAPE the CONSUMING FIRE of GOD… some will just react differently. We are ALL HIS CHILDREN. This is a day that is full of stress… full of trouble… full of things that we as Christians can never handle in our OWN STRENGTH. We find that some have found the secret place of the Most High and they are hiding within God. They know they can trust Him. They know Him as PEACE. They know Him as their deliverer. They seem to just handle all of life’s problems with NO SWEAT (remember sweat is a sign of the curse… Adam.. by the sweat of his face… shall he eat bread. Gen. 3:19. )… We can indeed move into that place… but we also have to remember… in this life’s journey… God is going to bring us through MANY SEASONS of life’s experience’s. We can either sit around crying the blues… howling about how we CANNOT MAKE it… or we can surrender ourselves unto God’s grace and mercy… know His strength, grace, and PEACE. Learn this principle… WE DO NOT KNOW what is in US… until God brings the FIRE, (remember God is a consuming fire that burns out everything within us.. not like Him) Until God brings the TROUBLE, etc.. then what is left STANDING in PEACE… we can say… “there is the God in ME”. The storms of life will not disturb this place of God in us. But we all have to admit that none of us have reached perfection… total maturity in God. For those that reject this thought… we stress the point… that IF WE HAD… WE WOULD be doing/being a lot more than we are now.. as His children. We have YET to see ANYONE reach total maturity in the Lord. Yes, we can claim it.. in the GRACE of GOD… and the price that JESUS PAID… it is indeed a FINISHED WORK… but please do not tell me that there is NOTHING LEFT FOR GOD TO DO IN YOU… because none of us have seen the FRUIT of it YET>… Yes, it is COMING… but God has not finished with any of us YET. It is a body process that the body of Christ is coming into TOGETHER. There will be no more ONE MAN SHOWS… ONE MAN CONTROLS.. ONE MAN TEACHINGS… it is a BODY MINISTRY.. This ministry will not be found in the old traditions of men… in the good old boys clubs of ministry but in those that God is BRINGING OUT into Himself. These will be facing greater and greater things… but the REWARD and JOY is… that it will PUSH them right into the hands of God. Right into what they are BORN for… their destiny.. Until there is NOTHING LEFT inside of them… that satan can point at… and accuse them. They, like Jesus, will be able to say… the enemy came and FOUND NOTHING IN ME…. (that He can use against me). We also have to remember… that we CANNOT CHANGE ourselves… that is just OUTWARD religion. Dressing up the OUTSIDE but nothing in the INSIDE. This work ONLY GOD can do. We can flow with Him.. easier way … BUT … His way will be done regardness… as one older preacher used to say it this way… “ we can PAY GOD NOW… or WE CAN PAY HIM LATER”… but we ALL will PAY with the TRUTH within us… THAT GOD IS OUR FATHER… and HE KNOWS BEST.
