(Hadith, Al-Bukhaari, al-Fath, no. 3017). In case of spreading mischief in the land, the Qur`an says in this verse: The recompense for those who wage war against God and his Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land. That is their disgrace in this world, and for them in the hereafter is a severe punishment, (surah 5:33) The death penalty may be administered if a person is guilty of Hiraabah or Fasaad fil Ardh. Hiraabah and/or Fasaad fil Ardh include crimes committed against the community (i.e. Islam, sharia law, Muhammad), rather than an individual... The above quote states that only two cases exist for which the Quran allows the death penalty. The first case is for murder. The second case applies to crimes committed against the community which, depending on who is interpreting the Qur’an, may include: treason, apostasy (when one leaves the faith and turns against it). And when he turns away (from you O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم), his effort in the land is to make mischief therein and to destroy the crops and the cattle, and Allah likes not mischief. (Surah 2:205) (Remember) when your Lord inspired the angels, Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so chop off their heads, and chop of their finger-tips. 13. This is because they defied and disobeyed Allâh and His Messenger. And whoever defies and disobeys Allâh and His Messenger [Muhammad]... (surah 8:12-13) THIS ISLAMIC THEOLOGY IS EVIL AND BARBARIC. WHY WOULD ANYBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WANT TO JOIN THIS VIOLENT RELIGION?
