DONATIONS FOR DAVE BLOOM As you know, our friends will be needing funds to cover Micheles accommodation and out-of-pocket expenses while she is staying with Dave as he receives treatment at the hospital and rehab unit in Ioannina. When they return to Corfu there will be the need for privately paid physiotherapy to help him make as full a recovery as possible, and your donations will be most gratefully received. I have checked with Michele Hook, and neither her nor Dave have a PayPal account, and as Just Giving takes 5% of donations it seems most sensible to use my PayPal account to receive any online donations - thanks everyone again for all you support. On Michele & Daves behalf, I would also like to thank everyone who has offered items for sale (I will liaise with Andrea, Martin & Scarlett about this to work out the best way to do it), and to everyone whos helped out running around, sorting out his bike, delivering items to them both at hospital here and in Ioannina, and for doggy sitting (which is going to save them lots of Euros). Michele has asked me to let you all know how very grateful and appreciative both her and Dave are, and how overwhelmed they are at the support they are receiving.
