DONKEY RACING IN TENNESSEE Apreacher wanted to raise money for his church, and had been told there was a fortune in horse racing. so he decided to buy one and enter him in some races. However, at the the local auction, they went way to high so he bought a donkey instead. The preacherfigured that since he had it he might as well go ahead in enter it into the next race, and to his surprise the donkey came thrid !!! The next day the racing form carried this headline "PREACHERS ASS SHOWS" The preacher was so pleased with the donkey, he entered him in anther race the next day. This time he won. The racing form headline read "PREACHERS ASS OUT IN FRONT" The Bishop was so upset with is kind publicity that he ordered the preacher not to enter the donkey in another race. the headline the next day was "BISHOP SCRATCHES PREACHERS ASS" The Pishop was so mad he made the preacher get rid of the donkey, so he gave it to a nun in a nearby convent. The headline the nest day read "NUN AS BEST ASS IN TOWN" The bishop fainted. He told the nun that she had to get rid of it. She finally found a farmer that paid her $10.00. The racing headline stated "NUN PEDDLES ASS FOR TEN BUCKS" They buried the Bishop the next day..........
