DONT ALLOW YOUR SPIRITUAL LEADERS TO SAIL WITH A WRECKED SHIP! As much as we were called by God into ministry; we are human and its impossible to only operate in the spirit; one needs to have a balance. A lot of people says a lot of things about spiritual leaders; infect they can actually write a policy guideline on 99.9% DONTs and 0.1% DOs. Ministers also need TLC, maintenance to the ship is crucial; the same as taking your vehicle in for regular intervals, the very same intervals theyre entitled to when it gets to ministry. Ministers of the Word do get hurt and disappointed most of the time but they continue to sail on; wait a minute...you need to stop at a harbour called Fair haven. Dont you allow yourself to die in the middle of your destiny ( Nadan Naidoo) Acts 27:8-10 KJV And, hardly passing it, came unto a place which is called The fair havens; nigh whereunto was the city of Lasea. Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the fast was now already past, Paul admonished them, And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives.
