SERVICE PROVIDER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER X 1 Main purpose of the job The position exists to manage relationships with service providers and to identify and manage risks related to the Fund Administration business. The position is also responsible for providing clinical support to the Fund Administration business as well as for assisting with development of benefits, products and health programs for client medical aid schemes. Valid registration with the Botswana Health Professions Council Kitso training Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience preferably in a private practice setting Basic computer literacy 2. SALES & MARKETING OFFICER X 2 Main purpose of the job The position exist to promote, market and sell the products and services of the Company. Key Performance Areas Identification of sales opportunities & requirements from existing and potential customers. Presentation of products and services at customer sites, preferences and exhibitions etc. Provision of feedback from members and potential customers to enhance product performance and service delivery. Management of existing relationships with the current clients. Assists in the development of new products and enhancement of existing ones. Maintenance arid update of customer database across all product lines. Qualifications & Experience Required Degree ¡n Marketing/Sales or related field Clean Class B drivers license will be an added advantage Five (5) years post qualification experience in the field of marketing/sales . Key Performance Areas Identification of sales opportunities and selling of BOMaid products Membership growth and relationship management Customer satisfaction and retention Complaints and Query resolution Liaison between the Scheme and employer groups to ensure timeous service delivery and query resolution Presentation of BOMaid products and member education Qualifications & Experience Required Degree in Marketing/Sales’ Public relations or related field Clean Class B drivers license will be an added advantage Five (5) years post qualification experience in the field of sales and customer service Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills 4. PROCUREMENT OFFICER X 2 Main purpose of the job The position exists to ensure that there is adequate supply and maintenance of stores equipment and supplies in order to meet operational demands for the Company. Key Performance Areas Stock procurement Assessment of quotations from suppliers. Implementation of approved list of suppliers Provision of monthly reports on stock levels Stock Management and rotation Proficiency in Computer applications will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience Required Minimum of Diploma in Procurement.
