Thursday Irish Cuban - Smoked pulled pork and applewood bacon served on a hoagie roll with cucumber relish, dubliner cheddar, mayo and whole grain porter mustard. Friday Crawfish Julie - Loads of crawfish tails simmered in a brown sauce with mushrooms served over rice with garlic bread on the side.
