DONT QUIT. Sometimes, you need someone to tell you that you are in the right track and to remind you of what you used to do before. I hereby encourage you to continue in the right track. Continue with your prayer life. Continue to read the word of God. The Christian life can sometimes seem like a battle field. Sometimes you win the battle, but sometimes you are knocked down. Sometimes you are strong, but sometimes there are bruises all over your life. Sometimes you are happy, but at other times you are sad. Sometimes you feel light, but at other occasions you feel heavy. Just continue to struggle. There may be attractions all around you - things your body wants you to do, but which you should not do. You must resist them. Ephesians 4:14 says, Then we shall no longer be children, carried by the waves and blown about by every shifting wind of the teaching of deceitful people, who lead others into error by the tricks they invent. What good things have you stopped doing? Go back to them. Stop any lifestyle that is questionable. You dont need to compromise. You have come a long way. Heaven is still our ultimate goal. Can you remember how you started this journey; many things you gave up for the sake of this journey? Can you remember how much sufferings you have endured because of this journey? Why would you turn back now? There are more reasons to continue than to quit. Just keep moving. (fr.Ejike Mbaka)
