DONT RUN BELOVED, STAND! If you havent noticed the battle has intensified dramatically. Spiritual warfare has intensified a hundred fold. The reason for this is, we are no longer coming into the enemies camp, we are actually in his camp preparing to spoil his goods. Our victory is right here. I can see it, taste it and feel it. Never before in my life have I sensed the heightened spiritual activity going on around me. The enemy is coming against the church with great wrath, but God is preparing to endue those who are humbly paying the price to a greater measure of His power. But no one will advance in resurrection power until the cross of Christ has brought us to our end. I dont know what your tests are but I can assure if you are truly walking with the Lord, you are having a series of tests which will determine this coming season of your life. During this time we will be faced with things we were never able to overcome before. Some will be tested with relationships, marriages, complaining, murmuring, gossiping, lust, anger, vengeance and the like. Whatever your set back has been that has always kept you from being promoted the time has come to face it and to overcome it. The enemy knows that He has used certain devices against us which have caused us to fall over and over again and these things have either caused us to turn back into the world or to stop praying and looking at the Lord through eyes other than love. This was the same thing the enemy used against Israel in the wilderness and sadly many (besides two) succumbed to what they felt they could not overcome and was robbed at the beginning of their blessing. Paul admonished us, Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to STAND against the wiles of the devil....And having done all to STAND, STAND therefore... (Eph 6:10,11,13,14). In other words Paul encouraged and strengthened the church at Ephesus to extreme spiritual warfare. He uses the word finally. In other words the church at Ephesus had been prepared in doctrine, teaching, instruction, faith etc... They were a learned church. But KNOWING was only half of the battle. Now the time had come for what they Had been taught and have intimately known to be put to critical testing. This church would have to pray (Eph 6:18) and stand against the wiles, attacks, plots, schemes, lies, deception of the enemy and against the lusts of their own flesh. In other words, Paul was preparing them for the battle of destiny. This battle they would fight would determine if they would possess the things before prepared for them or if they would cower under the intense pressure and revert back to their old ways. God is calling us out of the wilderness where the manna dries up and desires of us in this season to eat of the fruit of our promise land. Although the enemy is defeated he will not leave without our stand. To stand against the wiles of the devil means to stand firm against every attack without relapsing back into a place of self security. This is the battle where self will be destroyed in a real practical way. Egos will be offended, pride will be crushed, anger will flare and our response to these situations we are called to endure will either draw us closer to the Lord or push us further away from Him. Keep in mind, you may fail as you begin to stand. You may get knocked down, stomped on, kicked and tormented, but if you get back up in the power of God and stand, the enemy will know we are here for business. The time has come for the devil to vacate the premises! He is trespassing, his lease is up and we are serving eviction notices by the awesome greatness and power of God! He may try to intimidate but we will stand and defeat him and spoil his place. The key to overcoming is to face square in the face through fervent prayer the things we have always feared to face. Some may be saying, well what is it in my life I need to face and overcome? My answer is simple, whatever it is that has caused your feet, mind, thoughts and heart to depart from the living God, whenever things become tough. These things must be confronted with steadfast resolve and overcame. Again, just because you may fall in the fight doesnt mean the war is over! God has given us the power that regardless of the blow we take we can still arise in His power and strength. Dont give up at the first failure. Failure will be used as a part of your testimony to bring others who have failed into the place of peace. God isnt gonna give up on us, dont give up on God. The only way we will lose is if we fall into the condemnation of the evil one. But press beloved into the Lord. Get up and fight. With every get up, we get stronger and the devil gets weaker. His power and defense have all departed from Him. All he has left is all bark, but no bite. DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED BY HIS LIES, THE VICTORY FOR US IS SURE! Beloved, pray for those you are connected to with all prayer and supplication. We are no longer fighting small demons, we are fighting those who protect the store houses. After we overcome them (not by word only), but by resisting them in hand to hand combat, he will lose his power and cough up his goods. This has been a powerful warfare for many and we have all felt the blows of the evil one, but the tables have turned, now its time for him to feel the blows and power of God manifested through His body the church. Be encouraged, fight the good fight, in the coming days we will begin to experience miracles like never before. Dont run from the opposition beloved, stand in it and overcome it. God bless.
