DOORS SENT OFF Wow, you guys are passionate about old doors. Let me close the loop on what we did with the old front doors on our Charlestown project that I posted about earlier this week (see below). We removed them, as the homeowner asked, and currently Tommy is storing them in his shop. Soon they will head to New Jersey, get reconditioned and then put onto an 1870s brick row house a historic district in Jersey City. The lucky row house is pictured below in a B&W photo from the Historical Society and a recent color picture as well. You folks cool with that? (By the way, soon Ill show you the new door we installed.)
