DOWN TO EARTH: Celebrity Saints for this week include Saint Spyridon. I know I shouldn’t laugh, but it just makes me think of the bug that was clogging up our water a couple of years ago. And do you remember in Father Ted, Mrs. Doyle ran through thousands of priests names including Father Spodo Komodo…well, this sounds just as funny to me. Sorry St. Spyridon…I shouldn’t laugh….
