DP Student Wins Bronfman Youth Fellowship in Israel Dos Pueblos junior Talia Cohen is one of 26 fellows selected to receive this years Bronfman Youth Fellowships in Israel. She was chosen from hundreds of applicants across North America who will participate in a five-week program to study and travel in Israel, followed by a rigorous year of programming centered around pluralism, social responsibility and Jewish texts. Talias selection was based on her school and religious involvement. She is active in the Dos Pueblos theatre program as well as the Dos Pueblos Engineering Academy, where she is a member of Robotics Team 1717. She is a madricha at the religious school at Congregation Bnai Brith, and works as a counselor at a Jewish day camp during the summer.
