DS IT Support/Systems Engineer for an IT company in central Bangkok. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Windows PC hardware, software and network connection (LAN,Wireless LAN) and printer problems and undertake repair and fix where possible. Monitoring hardware and software to ensure continued service. Support problems from users and find solutions. Perform hardware and software installation. Able to solve the information technology problem such as: Hardware, Software, Operating System, Network Connection, LAN, WAN, Printer. Must be able to identify and troubleshoot Hardware and Software. Should have strong knowledge in Windows OS, Office Application, Mail Client Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, service mind, strong team player and able to work under pressure in the multinational working environment. Can set an example to others for being smart. English Written and Speaking. (Able to talk over the phone in English). Willingness to learn more about IT.
