DS IT Support/Systems Engineer for an IT company in central Bangkok. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Windows PC hardware, software and network connection (LAN,Wireless LAN) and printer problems and undertake repair and fix where possible. Monitoring hardware and software to ensure continued service. Support problems from users and find solutions. Perform hardware and software installation.
