DTh6- Rail freight hike: Decision of NDA govt.to withdraw total hike; up to 80 km of local train,is sign of bad governance. Rates of suburban trains R already much lower. So 50% increase could be justified. Railways R in bad shape,needs replacement of rail tracks, better security ,upgraded signals cleanliness of bougies& stations. more sanitary facilities etc.So needs fund. Use rate hike for betterment of travelers.
