We will not say to you as the Israelites said to Moses: Go with your Lord and fight the enemy while we stay behind! What we will say is: Go with your Lord and fight the enemy and we will fight alongside you. By Him who has sent you with the message of truth, if you ask us to march with you to Bark Al-Ghimaad (a remote place in Yemen), we will fight with you anyone who stands in your way until you have go there. The Prophet (صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ) thanked him then prayed for him. [Imtaa Al-Asmaa, by Al-Maqreezee, p. 94] =================== Focusing On Righteous Deeds Abu Dharda رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنه sent a letter to his friend Salman Al-Farsi رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنه saying, Come to the Holy Land. Salman رضي الله ﺗﻌﺎﻟﯽٰعنه responded with, The Hold Land does not make anyone holy. It is your deeds that make you holy. O OUR MOST MERCIFUL ALLAH, give us the taufeeq of appreciating YOUR Bounties ... ... O MOST GIVING ALLAH, give hidayat to everyone, and make us from among YOUR sincere servants ... ... O ALLAH, we beseech YOU, to give us soundness in our Deen, eradicate any bit of hypocrisy that we may have, bless us with solid Imaan, protect us from the fitnah of Dajjal, bless us with purity and sincerity in all our actions, guide us on Siraatul Mustaqeem and accept this duaa of ours, آمِيْن يَارَبَّ الْعَالَمِينْ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. Subhaanarabika Rabbil Izzati Amma Yassifoon Wassalaamun Alal Mursaleen Walhumdulillahir Rabbil Aalameen ======= During Ramadaan : We have built Spiritual Noor within Our Hearts … – we were kind to our brethren, we shared what we had at Iftaar – we desired to help others and looked for opportunities to do so – we engaged in giving charity – we avoided RIBA and Zinaa and made Taubatun Nasuha – we tried to develop good akhlaaq and followed the sunnah – we stayed away from evil company and found ourselves among the pious – we engaged in many nafl acts of Ibaadat – we read and listened to recitation of Quran e Majeed – we stayed up at night, after long days at work, in Taraweeh Salaah and sought forgiveness from ALLAH TA’AALA.
