DUAL CITIZENSHIP: It has potential to benefit majority. But since batho ba lapileng ba a buseha, it wont materialise. When in Lesotho, geographically u r in South Africa. 95% (none official) of Lesotho imports come from SA. Both countries are signatories to regional and global agreements meant to facilitate FREE MOVEMENT, why restrict it then? Lesotho labour force is too small to threaten taking anyones job oa ho ba kontae, not even provincially. Most Basotho that I have spoken to, dont really have any desire to leave for SA but prefer freedom to travel when they need to without socially and economically detached bureaucratic processes and outdated Section 41. Yet to hear of the unrivaled compelling dangers of this, considering that many have it unofficially yet the rest are obstructed. Lessons may be needed about how EU treats freedom of movement for own citizens. Movement within SADC/ SACU should not be this difficult.
