DUALE says RAILA ODINGA is planning to CAUSE CHAOS in the country - he should be ARRESTED Wednesday July 17, 2013 - Jubilee coalition led by Leader of Majority in Parliament, Aden Duale, has hit out at former Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, saying he is inciting Kenyans and wants to cause chaos in the country. Speaking at a Press Conference in parliament buildings on Tuesday, the MPs told Mr Raila to respect the law and the constitutional institutions, which he helped to create. The MPs said Mr Raila’s calls for the disbandment of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) is a plan to raise temperatures in preparation of ousting the Jubilee Government. They said IEBC commissioners were picked through due process of law and the office of the former PM was involved alongside that of the President. “IEBC cannot be disbanded through political rallies and political caucuses that Raila has lately resorted to in condemning the electoral body. He and former Vice-President Kalonzo Musyoka seem to have forgotten that they lost the March 4, General Election,” Duale who is also the Garissa Township MP said. Duale said before the IEBC is reformed, CORD party leader, Raila Odinga, needed to reform himself and the entire CORD leadership. “Kenya has invested a lot in reforming institutions but there is a scheme to create anarchy and civil disobedience issues of which the National Security Intelligence Services should probe,” Duale said. They also said Raila Odinga should be arrested for misusing freedom of speech.
