DULCE BASE: THE HIGH SPEED MAGNETIC TERRA-DRIVE SHUTTLE By Cherry Hinkle Dulce Base can claim the title as most important underground facility in the western hemisphere. Both human and non-human beings consider Dulce Base’s international transit station is vital. This high speed system of shuttle/trains use a combined network of connected subways that circles the globe, and is that system carries the name as The Sub-Global System. The interconnected tubes reach all five continents, and cross both the Arctic and Antarctica polar areas. Although the individual countries on the surface world seem to have a problem with Passports, Visas and identity problems, these problems do not exist in the Sub-Global System. Since the late 1960s there been a few countries that adhere to the old customs of physically photographing each passenger, and for that reason, those countries are not part of Sub-Global System. Four different international shuttle/trains cuts through and usually stop at Dulce Base Second Level, from the four corners of the world. When the shuttles are in is motion, information screens turn on, and each rider can watch the educational screen. Tom Castello states he got tired of seeing the screens, because the distance from the Base to Los Alamos is just a few minutes, and rarely had a chance to see anything other than the educational warnings not to attempt stand up or walk when the shuttle is in motion. The shuttle between Los Alamos & Dulce Base is a local run and at follows a specific route; but the international high-speed shuttle/trains, do not stop at small stops, such as cities like Los Alamos, Las Vegas, Seattle or Denver. They all go to Dulce Base, and from there, they take a smaller shuttle to other smaller bases under the cities. The shuttles are similar a longer and wider Amtrak train car without, of course, windows. There is no need for windows a high speed shuttle; there is no pleasant scenery to enjoy, the only thing you could possible see would be the blur of very dark walls of a bare rock tunnel. When passengers approach the station, the education film suddenly ends, and a live view from camera of the station becomes visible on the screen. Although there is an attendant in each shuttle, the need for an engineer or driver is an obsolete concept, because these magnetic shuttles are truly fully automatic. There is no need to worry the machinery will allow the shuttle leave the station while the doors still open, or suddenly accelerate with the passengers entering or exiting. The activation of an ignition or starter found in internal combustion engines - standard engines – is missing in the shuttles. The strength of alternative polar magnetics alone will power to shuttle smoothly along the tubes in high speed. The international shuttles use magnetic drive. (Opposing magnetic poles that constantly attempt to repel the walls. That same power impels the shuttle and forces it forward in high speed.) I know they can travel from Dulce Base (New Mexico USA) to New York, USA in under one hour, from Dulce Base to Paris, France under 3-1/2 hours. There is nothing to touch, so there is no friction to slow the craft down. When asked to list the cities familiar with and use the underground shuttle/trains – in reality, time alone makes it an impossible chore because most every major city – world wide – uses or is aware of the possibilities. Although only four international interconnecting tubes circle the globe, there are thousands of smaller tubes. Researchers discovered these subways – always connected – either interconnected by Magnetic Drive (Sub-Global System,) Terra-Drive System, Mag-Lev System or Railroad System. One way or another, these underground tubes reach every major city on Earth.
