DUMBBELL SIDE BENDS To max-out the benefits from Dumbbell Side bends, that is one of the best oblique muscle exercise you essentially have to maximize the extent of bend. You have to completely stretch your way down and relax when you move back. Hold a dumbbell in each hand. Stand up straight with your feet about shoulder width apart. Bend your body whilst lowering one weight closer to the floor. Go as far as you can. In a controlled motion, raise up again. Repeat the same motion in alternate direction. Do 4 sets of 15 reps on each side.
